Besides delivery by postal services, you can also specify that you want to collect your order at S-factory.

'iDeal & verzenden via PostNL':

Only possible for banking within The Netherlands: For orders paid via iDeal and shipped via PostNL, we will charge € 6,95 for shipping- & administration costs, regardless of orderweight.

'iDeal & verzenden via DHL':

Only possible for banking within The Netherlands: For orders paid via iDeal and shipped via DHL, we will charge € 5,75 for shipping- & administration costs, regardless of orderweight.

'iDeal & ophalen bij DHL Parcelshop':

Only possible for banking within The Netherlands: For orders paid via iDeal and collected at DHL Parcelshp, we will charge € 5,00 for shipping- & administration costs, regardless of orderweight.

'PayPal & verzenden via PostNL':

For orders paid via Paypal and shipped via PostNL, we will charge € 6,95 for shipping- & administration costs, regardless of orderweight.

'Betaling vooraf & verzenden via PostNL':

For Dutch orders, we calculate / confirm € 6,95 for domestic deliveries (TNT Post tariff).
Shipping costs for destinations outside The Netherlands will be calculated manually and confirmed separately by mail.

'Cash & carry':

In case you want to collect your order at S-factory (Horst, Limburg, The Netherlands), we will contact you in advance to make an appointment. Of course we don't charge shipping- & administration costs.

We are not accountable for loss, theft or damaging during shipment via postal services. However, the articles will be wrapped in such a manner that damaging during transport will almost be impossible.
Wooden toys will be sent as parcel as much as possible in order avoid damage.

Also for delivering not in time, S-factory can't be held responsible. Unfortunately, postal services don't guarantee throughput times.

Question: How does S-factory deal with complaints?

Do you have a complaint or suggestion, please let us know via e-mail! We will react in a serious manner to every complaint or suggestion you might have and provide you with instand feedback.

Question: Do you also have a 'goods no good, money refund' guarantee'?

Ofcourse, we do offer a "no good, money refund" guarantee in case you return the article(s) in the original wrapping within 14 days (postal charges are paid by the buyer).

Return shipments need to be NOTIFIED BY E-MAIL, including 'track & trace'-number. Unnotified return shipments will not be credited by S-factory.

Articles which are specially produced for a customer (e.g. paintings) and articles which are specially ordered for a customer (articles not shown on our site or fabrics) can't be exchanged.

Articles under the category 'Discount corner' can't be exchanged.

Articles offered with discount can't be exchanged.

Question: Will quality be garanteed by S-factory?

Although almost all 'S-factory' articles are custom made and surrounded with the greatest care, there might be small deviations in colour or size, compared to the images you'll find on our website. Please note that also the settings and quality of your monitor might be of influence on this.

Despite the fact that all brand-articles on this website wear the CE-quality mark, S-factory will not carry any responsibility for defects or deficiencies to these articles. In this case, please turn to the brand or producer.
